Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobiledetailingny.com and your request for services from Mobile Detailing NY ("we," "us," "our"). We are a mobile exterior detailing business serving the Capital Region of New York. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting the quote form, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

  • We provide mobile exterior detailing and paint protection services only. We do not perform interior cleaning.
  • We are a residential service. We work at your home — your private driveway, garage, or carport — across the Capital Region.
  • All work is quote-based. Estimates are provided in advance and confirmed with you in person before any work begins.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are estimates based on the details and photos you provide. They are not a final, binding price.
  • We confirm the final price with you in person, after inspecting your vehicle, before any work begins. Paint condition can differ from photos.
  • If the work needed differs from your original request, we will discuss and agree on any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled by agreement after you request a quote.
  • Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  • We may need to reschedule for weather or other conditions that affect the quality or safety of the work. We will contact you to find a new time.
  • Your car must arrive already washed (a standard automatic wash is fine), and you must provide access to a standard 120V power outlet at the work location.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Mobile Detailing NY about your quote and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Detailing NY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Mobile Detailing NY or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
