  • To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your quote, scheduling, and your appointment.
  • To provide and improve our services.

Text Messages (SMS) and Calls

  • By submitting the quote form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Mobile Detailing NY about your quote and appointment.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • We do not share or sell your phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and browser storage to remember your visit preferences, understand how our website is used, and measure which advertising brings quote requests. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate from the storage needed to operate the website.

Our measurement tools include Google Analytics and Google Ads. When these tools are active, measurement starts when you open the site; it does not wait for you to press OK on the cookie notice. OK only dismisses that notice and does not change analytics or advertising settings.

  • Measurement can include the pages you visit, your browser and device information, referring websites, advertising click identifiers, and interactions such as opening the quote form, starting it, encountering an error, or successfully sending a request.
  • A successful request may be recorded with the selected service and a randomly generated request identifier so it is counted once. Our Google Analytics events do not include the name, phone number, email address, message, or photos entered in the quote form.
  • We use Google Ads enhanced conversions to measure which advertising leads to accepted quote requests. When your request is accepted, we convert the email address you provided into a one-way SHA-256 hash in your browser and share that hash with Google for advertising measurement on our behalf, subject to applicable consent settings. Google can match it with Google account information to connect your request to an ad interaction. We do not send your plain-text email address, phone number, SMS consent information, message, or photos through this feature.
  • We may keep campaign and referral information in your browser's session storage and include it with your quote request to identify its source. Our site reuses this stored attribution for up to 24 hours within the browser session.
  • We remember that you dismissed the cookie notice in this browser's storage. Clearing site data, using another browser, or blocking storage may make the notice appear again.

Google receives technical information, including your IP address and the page URL, when its tools load, and may set or read cookies. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and enhanced conversions.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. That add-on applies to Google Analytics; it does not turn off other measurement tools or information you send directly to us.
