What’s included, and what to confirm
We use System X Crystal+ for 2 years of paint protection. It adds a slick, glossy layer to your paint and helps make routine washing easier.
The package includes one-step machine polishing, ceramic coating on the agreed exterior painted body panels, and materials. Glass and unpainted plastic are not included.
On low-roof cars, the roof includes a light machine polish and coating. On tall SUVs, pickups and vans, roof polishing and coating are excluded when our mobile equipment cannot provide reliable access to the full roof. We confirm this before you approve the price or book.
From your quote to your coating
Send your vehicle model, city and a few photos with your quote request. We review the paint condition, confirm the panels included and agree on the price before booking.
At your appointment, we inspect the paint, carry out the agreed one-step machine polish and prepare the surface for coating. Application and aftercare follow the selected product’s instructions. Any additional correction is discussed and quoted separately.

Please wash your car before we arrive. A standard car wash is fine. This helps us inspect the paint and get started.

We need a driveway, garage or carport at a private home, with room to work around the car and good ventilation. If you rent, get the homeowner’s permission first.

We need access to a working, standard 120V outlet near the car for our equipment.

What is included in the starting price?
One-step machine polishing, a 2-year ceramic coating on the agreed exterior painted body panels, and materials. Glass and unpainted plastic are excluded. We confirm the exact panels and any roof exclusion before booking.
Will the polish remove every scratch?
No. One-step polishing aims to improve gloss and reduce light swirls and haze. Deep scratches and other damage can remain even with additional polishing. We assess the paint before recommending extra work.
Is the roof included?
Low-roof cars include a light machine polish and ceramic coating on the roof. On tall SUVs, pickups and vans, we exclude the roof when we cannot get reliable access with our mobile equipment. Crossovers and vehicles with roof racks are assessed individually. Any exclusion is agreed before the price and booking.
What do I need to provide?
A clean vehicle after a standard car wash, a driveway, garage or carport at your home, and a standard 120V outlet. We confirm the working space and conditions before scheduling.
Do you come to my area?
We serve the Capital Region around Albany and Saratoga Springs. Send your city with the request so we can confirm the address is within our current service area and discuss any travel charge before booking.
How long does the coating last?
Our 2-year package uses System X Crystal+. Actual performance depends on surface preparation, exposure and care. We provide aftercare instructions, and the coating still needs regular washing.
Can I request a longer-lasting coating?
Ask about longer-lasting System X coatings for a separate assessment and quote. We confirm the product, availability and terms before booking. These options are not included in the advertised 2-year Crystal+ package.
